PIONEER Study: 20-Milligram Cohort Results

On March 30, Fulcrum’s leadership hosted a webinar on updates from the Pioneer trial, including 12-week data from the 20-milligram cohort, with guest speaker and leading SCD researcher Dr. Martin Steinberg. This event followed a September 2025 webinar focused on data from the 12-milligram cohort.

The Pioneer study is currently in Phase 1b, exploring safety, efficacy, and dosage. Pociredir is in early stages of development.
